1. Scope and Relationship
These Extra Crunch Terms (“EC Terms”) govern your access to and use of any premium, subscription-based content, features, or services (“Extra Crunch Services”) offered by NexusTech on the Site. These EC Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these EC Terms shall prevail with respect to the Extra Crunch Services.
2. Subscription and Billing
a) Fees: Access to Extra Crunch Services requires payment of a recurring subscription fee as displayed at the point of purchase. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated herein.
b) Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date through your account settings.
c) Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds or credits for partial periods will be provided.
3. Access and License
Upon valid payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Extra Crunch Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login credentials, redistribute, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit any Extra Crunch content.
4. Content Disclaimer
The content provided through Extra Crunch Services, including analysis, reports, and insights, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this content.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extra Crunch Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue the service, we may provide a prorated refund for any pre-paid, unused subscription period at our sole discretion.
6. Changes to EC Terms
We may modify these EC Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Extra Crunch Services after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance.
