1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the expected standards of behavior for all users of the NexusTech community, including comment sections, forums, or any interactive features (“Community Spaces”). Our goal is to foster a respectful, insightful, and lawful environment.
2. Expected Standards
We encourage:
a) Respectful and constructive dialogue.
b) Sharing of knowledge and experience.
c) Adherence to the rules of netiquette.
d) Respect for intellectual property; cite sources when applicable.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You are strictly prohibited from posting content or engaging in behavior that is:
a) Unlawful: Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law.
b) Abusive/Hateful: Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
c) Deceptive: Impersonates any person or entity, or spreads misinformation.
d) Malicious: Contains viruses, spam, or is designed to disrupt the service.
e) Inappropriate for Age: Given our audience policies, content must be suitable for an adult audience and must not target or exploit minors.
f) Non-Consensual: Shares private information of others without consent (“doxxing”).
4. Enforcement and Reporting
a) We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and suspend or terminate a user’s access to Community Spaces for any violation of this Code.
b) We are not obligated to monitor the Community Spaces but may do so.
c) To report a violation, please contact us at NexusTech.news@outlook.com with details and a link to the concerning content.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you contribute. You agree that your participation is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
6. Amendments
We may update this Code to reflect community needs. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
